They deserved it.

Ask a person for their story in reverse... liars have a much harder time telling the events in reverse order because they generally only remembered the events in order. A person telling the truth would have much less difficulty reversing the order of events.

Unlimited data from Verizon and ATT isn’t an option. 24GB from Verizon (max they offer) is $110 a month which is $15 > tmo and not unlimited. ATT is $375 for 50GB (max they offer) which is a ton more than tmo and still not unlimited. Not sure how that is no cheaper than any of the others. Additionally tmo is

Kind of... but it isn’t in the same vein as something like Comcast offering faster internet speeds to content that they own and slowing content from other providers like Netflix (something they’ve done in the past). If binge on only targeted tmobile owned content, then it would be a different story, but it is fairly

Not sure I understand why you’d dislike something that benefits the consumers. I mean, I get that there is a bit of a bias against new companies with similar services, but I don’t imagine that would dictate a person’s service choice.

They have wifi calling that works surprisingly well. However if you were going to go that route I’d suggest google’s project fi.

Well, its $50 a month for talk + text and they throw in 2gb for “free”. Though its somewhat funny, if you don’t want data, ATT + Verizon are probably cheaper than tmobile (because of that “free” 2gb). But ya it comes down to how well each service serves you. I will point out that though a $5 seems small, over two

2GB on tmo is free, 6GB is $15, 10GB is $30, and unlimited is $45. Most music and movies don’t count towards that cap, and they have rollover data. Wow Verizon, just wow...

Its intentional, they want you to get the higher cost plan because you likely won’t use it all anyhow.

Thats a good idea, but I’d think that would be a good reason to switch the phone connector to usb-c as well.

Ya, that makes a ton of sense now, a few other people posted the same thing. It sounded like it was for powering the monitor.

So its not to power the monitor? That makes a ton more sense than what it sounds like it would be used for.

Built in speakers are tinny trash, I’m not sure why anyone would want them... 4k monitors all have fairly bad refresh rates among other issues (very few video cards can play games at those resolutions)... Also why would magsafe make any sense on a monitor? Are you moving it that much?

Thats it, I’m moving to Honolulu

This actually makes a ton of sense to me. Mostly because the “mainstream” ASMR channels are people talking but not really saying anything / just talking in circles. Whereas the gaming ASMR videos are actually telling a story.

The problem is they don’t sell all their items at a loss, only the ones that make the consumer perception of the company “everything is cheap” and they don’t make a profit.

Overall they don’t operate at a loss, but I think they sell select items at a loss to make it appear as if all their items are cheap (fairly certain I saw that somewhere). But yes I don’t think Amazon would jack up their prices.

I could be wrong, but I believe Amazon’s eBook “monopoly” is a result of the company selling the books at a loss, or at very low if any profits. Generally though, they only do that for the most popular new best seller books.
