Would it not be possible for Spotify to just put a button in their app that loads the account signup page on their website, allowing people to put their info into Spotify’s own payment processor?

They’ve done it with other apps too, claiming they replicate a feature built into the OS or something similar (even if the app existed and was wildly popular before the feature was added to the OS). IIRC they did it with one of those screen darkening apps like flux recently =/
Thats a good idea, but I’d think that would be a good reason to switch the phone connector to usb-c as well.
Umm... the article you linked to, the first word you suggested they use for N is nougat... http://gizmodo.com/google-says-it… <- your post.
Ya, that makes a ton of sense now, a few other people posted the same thing. It sounded like it was for powering the monitor.
So its not to power the monitor? That makes a ton more sense than what it sounds like it would be used for.
I’m not surprised as it would be efficient if it weren’t so damned complicated. I was merely commenting on how that quad-copter doesn’t have nearly the same intricacy of landing a rocket falling at terminal velocity.
Built in speakers are tinny trash, I’m not sure why anyone would want them... 4k monitors all have fairly bad refresh rates among other issues (very few video cards can play games at those resolutions)... Also why would magsafe make any sense on a monitor? Are you moving it that much?
If only rockets could be launched to space using propellers alone and have an extremely slow descent...
This is clearly a Bear Mitzvah...
Eh, I agree it gave them a leg up, but the former CEO wasn’t in the white house for the Gulf War so its hard to assume the Iraq war wouldn’t have happened. Again, it probably wouldn’t have under Gore but I doubt it wouldn’t have happened at all.
So Halliburton has no power over any other politicians? That war would have happened regardless of 9/11, and regardless of who was in office, though it may have been delayed. Bush and Cheney used 9/11 as an excuse to do it, but really someone just needed to sneeze in the general direction of the middle east for it to…
I also saw nothing mentioning the phone would block rooting and prevent loading of a different version of Android like cyanogen. Also no mention of closing AOSP... but its possible we didn’t read the whole article.
No, I said it would happen after Gore left, wouldn’t matter who ran on the republican platform, could have been anyone. It could have (and likely would have) been Bush/Cheney opposing him though. However I’m implying the war would have happened regardless. The problem being there is a ton of money the oil barons have…
I never said the war in Iraq would have happened if Bush/Cheney wasn’t in office. I said it would have happened after the following election with the platform being Gore did nothing to protect the United States. There is no way in the years immediately following 9/11 that anyone would have captured Bin Laden. I am…
Agreed and Netflix just announced a rate hike anyhow. The sad thing is that the whole copy protection fiasco really only hurts the people paying. Its not like a person who downloads a movie sees that FBI warning (the one that is on the screen a little too long, but not long enough to read, and is unskippable) or has…
Occupy was dumb, the war in Iraq probably would have happened regardless, but more than likely after Gore left office (had he been voted in). Gore wouldn’t have been the person to push for it, the people would have as a result of the lack of reaction to a terrorist attack in the next election. The platform of the…
A vote for someone when they are both in the pockets of the same “individuals” (individual is inclusive of corporations in the eyes of the supreme court apparently) is a waste of time. That lobbying can sway a politicians vote on issues that really matter, makes any one persons vote useless. That the president can be…
Especially given the source telling you that you are misreading the material. That’s akin to arguing with J.K. Rowling telling her that Dumbledore isn’t gay. Even though she didn’t make that clear in the novels, it isn’t your place to say what she intended.
So, you are saying I am arguing semantics... and you’d be correct because semantics is the logic and meaning of what was said, and what I said is not what you claim I said (see above), which is exactly why I would argue semantics. For the author of the text to tell you “I didn’t say ‘these are the professions that use…
