I don’t trust Nissan to bring back the Xterra in proper form. I trust them to do something wrong and unholy and bring this thing back and call it an Xterra instead.

Nissan already killed it, you don’t need to plead with them to kill it twice.

It warms my heart that your post has no stars.

I’ve been on the internet since the early 90s and I think I just found the dumbest thing written in the history of the internet.

Motherfucker, perhaps buying a car, either as a matter of price or a matter of space, is outside the realm of possibility for some folks under the age of 18. Get the fuck out of here with that shit.

Some enthusiasts get a late start because of things outside of their power. I didn’t get my first car until 18. Sure, I had a job, but the earnings from that job kept the lights on at home. When I finally was able to keep my money, I bought a beater 2001 Kia Rio as my first car. I still miss that thing.

I probably could have swung it anyway, but instead I saved all my money from my job as a Commissary bagger to afford college living expenses that first year. Also, I didn’t get my license until senior year. My high school girlfriend had to drive me around (in her Mazda Protege ES 2.0—It was actually pretty great).

Holy hell - I buy SFH homes with nearly 0.5 acres and 1/2 car garages for $50k cash all day where I live. They make damn fine rentals for around $850 a month.

The “no dicers” are the people thinking you need to return this to factory condition in order to be enjoyable. You’re probably the same people that have matching towels in your bathrooms and don’t use the dishwasher because it doesn’t get the glasses “clean enough”.

Those images above are concepts and as we all know, concepts rarely if ever make it from concept design to actual finished product

The majority of americans may own SOME stock, but the richest 10% of households own 84% of publicly traded shares. For low income americans who own stock (less than $35k HHI), the median account is less than $10,000. So a 20% runup in the stock market does nothing to repair the damage of even a month or two out of a

Yup. I hate to say it, but it needs more aggressive styling. Right now it looks both ugly and somehow also utterly forgettable.

As an LC200 owner, I think it really just needs some Android Auto/Apple Car Play love. Otherwise, the interior is fine.

*pic for ghits and shiggles*

It needs to be boxier. It should look like the big bad body on frame SUV it is, not like some outdoorsy version of the Highlander.

Should be worth noting that 4 of 6 “features” you listed are acteally federally mandated safety equipment. Today that list would also include a backup camera.

This is some luddite nonsense. I’m from the “give me a manual or give me death” cult side of things, but no power windows? no power locks? Good lord, WHY? You you still cook over an open flame? Burn wood in an open pit to warm your mud hut?

WALK

No worries.  OP doesn’t have a smart phone.  Probably prefers the old school smoke signals.

Not to be piling on, but power locks and windows for anything built in the last 10 years are basically rock-like reliable for the mechanisms. Basically the same for the wiring. A lot of states mandate hands free for phones with Draconian penalties if caught, so Bluetooth is a necessity. Unless you’re that one person

Plus who hates power locks and back up cameras?
