still doesn’t beat Kevin Sumlin justice of getting suspended for the season opener vs. Louisiana Tech, but then that game gets postponed till Oct so the season opener is Florida, so the players are reinstated and then suspended later in Oct for the LA Tech game.

Considering that the men’s basketball program is a recruiting violation waiting to happen and their history, I can’t see why Baylor should have an athletic department at all.
