While I certainly have no knowledge of any behavior like this on his part, I DID work under Cohen for two movies in the 90's (Dragonheart and Daylight). He was a crude creep, and the allegations are not at all surprising.

Been thinking the same thing for years. He’s fantastic as a character actor in other people’s movies. His own projects can be a lot more hit and miss.

He was good in Chicago 7, feel like he should shift his career into doing more normal, so to speak, roles.

I think the Bond as Codename ship has sailed.

Read “From Russia with Love,” excellent spy novel and excellent Bond film. It’s probably the most realistic of all the Bond plots. The Russians set a honey trap for Bond, not knowing that the control agent running it has gone rogue.

The boldest trope for MGM would be to take the series historical...as in back to the era that the novels were actually written for, the 1950's to 1960's.  I doubt MGM would do that, that would likely double the budget of films that are already bloated beyond belief.

There’s a standard set of tropes that get used to mix things up when a series gets tired. The classic trope is “recycled in space” but the Bond series already did that in Moonraker. Another one is “with real magic”, but that was done (sort of, depending on how you interpret the ending) in Live and Let Die. But not all…

I'd love a Q and M movie unironically.  Just Ben Whitshaw and Ralph Finnes shooting the shit and saying well that old bugger is a dead would be a hoot.

I hope he punked us and he dies 10 minutes into the film, and the rest of it is just lesser agents trying to figure out what to do.

Im starting to feel that name is a sick joke.  Like when people said the Titanic is practically unsinkable.  I mean by the time this comes out, an awfully lot of people will have died without the time to see the film.
