There’s audio of Robin Thicke admitting he’s was going for a Marvin Gaye vibe when he created Blurred Lines with Pharrell. That was the knife in the coffin for that case, it shows an intent to mimic a sound as much as possible. Not to mention the music was dead on identical. 

You don’t have to publicize all of your actions. Just because YOU haven’t heard about it doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. Why don’t YOU take some action instead of finger pointing online.
