The only time I had fun outside of the battle mode was when I played it again on the Wii virtual console and a few tracks are emulated poorly so they run at 2x speed. It was amazing and felt fun and frenetic. Base game MK64 though? Feels like a racing game where there is no sense of speed. Heck even the mushroom boost

I feel one way indie developers could dig themselves out of this hole, is to band together with other small indies to form a sort of minor publisher. People who make like minded games tend to have people who want more after their indie title but no way of curating them.

My big issue is the vagueness of the event.  He says you have to craft all the Bunny Day DIY Recipies, but that doesn’t include the outfits only the furniture, and also doesn’t say how much there is to craft in total.  I don’t want to end up on the day of the event and not finish it because I missed something I had no

Absolutely a possibility, but regardless, it is Tom Nook who is pushing for having a good island to get K.K. to come, not K.K. himself.

I also think it is not a good idea to idolize people because as humans we are inherently flawed, and idolizing someones words or actions, and equating it to them being this great figure, is only setting yourself up to get disappointed at some point in the future. Instead you should take what you can about that persons

Oh absolutely, a lot of bands or musicians fall into that cliche. What I was trying to say was, while it sucks that you don’t get more experimental music, it does mean that the artist and person you love gets to have a stable and good income. You should be happy as a person that someone who work you enjoyed gets to

Ten bucks gets you the whole bundle, and Nuclear Throne is worth more than that.  With so many games offered, I’d be surprised if you didn’t find some indie game you liked in the bundle.

I have some complicated feelings on “Selling out.” Allow me to try to explain them.

If you link the Switch App on your IRL phone to your copy of Animal Crossing, you can still use QR codes.

This reminds me of other minigames players have made in past games. The one I remember the most was a “lottery” in which a grid of buried objects of varied value are placed and then you get random people to come and dig up one after paying a fee. The creativity of Animal Crossing players to make fun never ceases to

I have gotten both 99,000 bell trees and 10,000 bell trees, so yeah the safest bet is to always do 10,000 but if you want that big risk and big reward, you do have a chance to get a big payout.

Did not know that, thank you for letting me (and others) know.

I didn’t know there could be more, or that there was a catching streak bonus reward. Thanks for the update.

Also I hate kinja because now I can’t edit my original post so the info is correct (I would have credited you of course) so now people are misinformed. But I guess that is always the chance when trying to give

Although I loathe the website and it’s many ads, the Fandom wiki for Animal Crossing has a very good table, mainly because you can sort it by month and see what is leaving after that month.

I agree.  I just wish that the order on the wheel was what determined what came out when you hit left or right, instead of your inventory deciding what the order is.

I agree. I was doing that as well, but getting it constant with the switch joycons were not always great. And I know a lot of people have drift issues/are young children/are nongamers so it could still be useful to them.

I have planted 99000 bells and gotten 3 bags of those as well, as well as only getting 10000 from the same amount buried. So I still think there is something more going on that will be revealed more as more people play and experiment with the game.

I’ve always had the net line up perfectly as the nest falls forward from the tree provided there is space.  And it is a chore, but if you get all three wasps that is an easy 7500 bells in like 10 minutes.  Also if you don’t want to do it, you could just chop fruit trees, as bugs won’t spawn there.

There is a “weapon” wheel for your tools now.  But I can understand the burnout happening.

Tree Branches are infinite, you can just keep shaking the same tree and eventually more will come out, unless there is no place for them to drop, in which case you can pick up the ones you have and keep shaking for more.

Fruit trees take 3 days to regrow their fruit. I know this might seem obvious but I know a lot of
