“Whaling” is the more commonly used spelling, but a reasonable case could be made that it’s actually spelled ‘wailing’.

Racists and rich people have that in common, neither of them ever admits being what everyone else knows they are.   It’s possible that both groups are so clueless they actually believe they aren’t rich/racist, but their complete lack of self-awareness is no excuse for what they are.

I haven’t read Twitch’s TOS for partners, but from your description it sounds like the streamer is using different platforms for (at least slightly) different activities.   e.g. he’s not streaming game playing on both Twitch and Youtube and he’s not streaming Q&As on both platforms either.
