I thoroughly enjoyed this book - started reading it and didn’t put it down until I was done. Fascinating, informative, insightful. A great behind the scenes look. Having had a couple (or more) concussions playing football, I immediately recognized some of the symptoms he was talking about. Lot of respect for Dale Jr...

Came for this, not leaving disappointed...

I was at SEMA fo the unveiling - it’s really a stunning piece in person. Good friend of mine is in the process of ordering one now. Looking forward to seeing his color choices...

Do yourself, and you wallet a favor, and swap in the injectors from a later XJ when you put the other head on. The 4 hole ones, and the EV1 to EV6 adapters are on Amazon for about 85 bucks total. They work so much better than the 1 hole ones. Did it on my 95 XJ a couple of weeks ago. Runs better, improved mileage, and

I-40 is the only way to get across Texs - it’s in the skinny part. Of course, that means you have to drive through Oklahoma🤔

There’s something to be said about Oregon being a legal weed state and this happening in Happy Valley...

When I was a little kid, my folks bought me of the first ‘60 Valiant’s in San Diego. Thing was built like a tank..

Replacement blower switch is cheap enough, or it could be the connector - my 95 had a bad one of those (the plastic on them gets warm, and eventually begins to disintegrate) and I redid the wires with new spade ends. The other culprit is the resistor under the dash on the slide of the blower box. I’m in SoCal now so it

As a motorsports photographer, I would have felt comfortable shooting from that platform. I’ve worked more dangerous corners. And I’m pretty sure one of them started shooting her car from where the initial accident occurred farther up the straight. Probably has shots all the way up to impact with their stand, it happen

As a motorsports photographer, I’m certain that someone has shots of the car right up to impact. It’s a habit you get into-keeping your finger on the button. And in this case, it happened so fast the photogs had no time to move.

Hey, least he’s not stuck anymore.

A Jeep rant? You’re looking for David Tracy - next cubicle down the hall.

Sarcasm... I get it...

People said the same thinges when Ford brought out the GT in 2005, and look how they sold. New bumper regulations doomed it to just a 2 year run, but they relatively flew off the lots...

While this is not the car for me, it’s really pretty good looking...

That’s my problem with the Cobras like Factory Five. I want to build one, but just don’t fit😕

This was my first SEMA show, and it is overwhelming to say the least. Gotta agree about the plethora of lifted trucks. I stopped counting after about 100 - they all look the same. The Forest Service green Jeep was a fave though. And did you see the Porsche 356 with 964 underpinnings the Emory Motorsports is building in

The FIA digging in their heels and having their collective heads up their asses set back F1 in the US for several years. Particularly for the casual fan they were trying to attract...

Spent 3 solid days looking at the shitI liked, and there was a lot of it. But you couldn’t go in to any of the exhibit halls without either running a gauntlet of them or seeing them at seemingly every 3rd booth inside. I gave up counting them at 100😂

Mini rant from day 2 at SEMA...
