Thanks for the heads up...

The squirrel was going for the nut behind the wheel....

As a photographer, I’m jealous. Great shot!

LOL...yeah, but I’m thinking a different kind of shoot...

I so need to get down there and shoot...

You know, sometimes I just like to go to movies to be entertained. Don’t need a message, don’t need to be preached to... just want to relax, take in the great visuals, and watch shit blow up.... Looks like this one will do...

The gray one is the Fickle Bitch Racing car run out of the Pacific Northwest.

And going forward, whenever Jeepers try to resurrect the old Go-Devil engine, there will be a new issue for them to look for - “The David Tracy Problem”.... You will go down in the annals of Jeepdom for this one...

It was a bit bizarre.. I was shooting outside of the hairpin when the red flag came out. Couldn’t see a big screen so we didn’t know what was going on for a while.

Happened right in front of me - unfortunately missed the shot....

No room for a wider track - the K-rails and concrete are right up against the curbs at the sides of the street in most places.

About 20 minutes ago on Ocean Blvd - heading back to the hotel after picking up my Long Beach Grand Prix credentials...

Grew up in San Diego and spent many winter weekends in Glamis and Borrego. Can confirm it can be really effing cold at night out there...

February sure seems like a good time to get the hell out of the rainy-ass and cold Pacific Northwest and head to the SoCal desert. That’ll slot in nicely after covering the 24 at Daytona next year....

6'4" and I fit nicely in an ‘85 Corvette and a 2005 Ford GT. Miata or S2000, not so much....

My 1985 Corvette, $ 10k agreed value, $ 280.00/year through Hagerty.

A friend of mine up here in the PNW has a great book on lost and forgotten racetracks -

And Halibrands...!
