Not sure if it’s just a Skyrim thing. I feel it’s more of an overall move towards games being open world because of....reasons and then needing to fill that world. So you get every game trying to emulate GTA, Skyrim etc, bringing in typical RPG elements like side quests and all that. Basically all these games have

As a Dutchman...what else is new? Spyker going bankrupt on an annual basis is as much of a certainty of there being a rainy day here. It’ll happen. And then again. And again.

That Ioniq 5 looks awesome, clean lines, bold retro futuristic design. Very cool. But the other one...all the proportions are off on that thing. Like one of those 90's bubble era concept cars. Just no.

That’s because Toyota arguably is the most boring car company out there. Seriously, every time I see one here in the Netherlands they always drive slower than the speed limit, always are grey, and the people driving them are just as grey. Like, you buy an Toyota to get from A to B without caring about how your car

This for me as well. A friend of mine has a PS4 and his controllers just all got a bit meh after time. Not charging that well anymore so he basically had to buy new ones whereas I just pop in some new batteries in my Xbox controller.

Also no charging docks or cables. So yeah, good old batteries for me!

I'd like for someone to make a C6 coupe and put a Maserati engine in it. Too much to ask for a modern SM?

Still got it on disk

One of the few 90's designs that actually aged well. Poor man’s Ferrari. So yes. Deal.

Crimson Skies: yes.
PGR: Yeah...but Horizon kind of is PGR just open world. It is sort of between Forza and FH. So I guess that will be too small of a niche to fill.

Other things I hope to see return:
- Panzer Dragoon (even if its just a smaller digital only game)
- proper Ninja Gaiden
- Jade Empire
- Splinter Cell

Now, I

Hey! I liked Blinx!

God I LOVE these vintage Citroën commercials and ads. Imagine them doing this today: bright colors, weird shapes. French 60's design was just so cool.

Sure that’s a TVR Griffith? Looks like a very early Spyker to me.

Finally a new Bond game. And by a good dev as well. Just a shame it's an origin story... Again. It's almost as if people can't come up with anything else anymore these days.

Here you go. The BMW iX

Not just the front end. The side view and the back end in particular is just...horrible. It looks way too heavy, chunky and long. Yeah...not a fan of BMW but the more cars they show these days the worse they seem to become.

Ah XIII! Basically the first Bourne just as a cell shaded game. Used to play it a lot back in the days. Even if it was sort of a relic when it came out. Like, Halo was already around showing how the modern FPS would play (open levels, 2 weapons, grenades and melee, the now standard control scheme etc etc etc)...and

PS5 review: copy-paste XSX review, replace form factor part, name different games... Same conclusion.

Dutch perspective here: I’ve never even seen any ad for the Honda E. It looks good in pics...never saw one in real life. Barely see Honda’s anyway (unless its previous gen Civics) and electric driving here is just ‘a Tesla thing’.

Too bad I guess but Europe doesn’t seem to be a Honda market.

This. Minus excitement for PS5 as I haven’t owned a PS since the PSOne (that ‘pocket’ version). Hardcore Halo fanboy so that alone was a reason to go for the XSX. But being able to keep playing everything I’ve owned for at least two generations without having to set up old consoles? Yeah...tough to beat that.

Not like Halo doesn’t have a history of bad management. It almost feels bad saying this, because of how terrible production was for people involved...but I really believe both CE and H2 (the best IMHO) were that good because Bungie was at its best when they had to improvise on short notice.

But that doesn’t mean bad
