I think when most people use the term 'sexism' they're implicitly saying 'institutionalized sexism'. Misogyny or misandry doesn't require power, just bias and essentialism. Sexism requires the ability to actuate one's attitudes into effective action.

I'd say most of those are problems of general sexism in the 'Men do X, Women do Y' vein. Those attitudes, shaped somewhat by biology but mostly by male-driven tradition, are unhelpful to both sexes these days.
