This article is severely overcomplicating things. There is no reason for any Android user to lose contact information, or pretty much anything else. If you sign into your Google account, you're pretty much set.

How could the blackberry team roll out BBM properly when job security is an issue for all staff? There is no way they would care enough when they have one foot in blackberry and one foot out the door... BBM is online find more here but they should know how much ppl are eager to use it...
