man... i should just quit now. xD

This is honestly one of my favourite comments from the whole article!

would you believe its actually because a pervert touched her butt. (Seriously) xD

you should try AC4- playing as a pirate was awesome.

I didn't go with either of these in the end because the left would look too heavy to go skipping along rooftops, and the right hand one would stand out a tad bit in the streets trying to blend in.

While i agree; Tenchu is the tits. Its also owned by From Software who are running with the Soul's titles so the chance of us getting a Tenchu in the next ten years is.... yeah its not happening.

I already applied to Ubi a couple of times, they never got in touch. Still looking for new opportunities though!

Thats the worst reason i've ever heard of. lol
"Players want it and wont stop talking about it so....nah."

Tenchu hasnt been around for about 8 years now, AC is a good vehicle to drive it. Look at AC4, people didnt like it because it was an AC game but in reality it was a fantastic pirate game- this idea wouldnt be any different in that respect.

Personally, when i was painting this stuff I knew that it wouldnt be 100% to history, just like the previous Assassin's creed games. When looking at this stuff you need to find the balance between what players want to see and what history tells us. Man, AC4, 3 and 2 would have been boring as hell if there was no salt

Thank you so much for featuring me Luke! Means a lot, its wild to see the article get so much attention- mainly because of the subject matter i'm sure but every little helps! Thanks again :)

From software have the rights to Tenchu, thats not happening while they are on their Souls roll.

Thanks a lot :) Glad you liked it!

Hack and Slash vs. Open world steath. They are vastly different xD

The iOS killed it. lol

Yeah I thought this too when I originally began the concepts but honestly, I cant remember a decent steal game set in Japan in the past 10 years. Like an actual stealth game. The last one i played was Tenchu and that was on the PS2. Its time.

The piece at the top of the article was set at the very beginning of what would be the game. The story would progress from Kyoto to Osaka, then to Edo (Tokyo) getting more and more 'Meiji'as the story progressed. Having each location the exact same in Shogunate-Meiji progression would have been boring.

I didnt think about it too long, more obvious the better I think. :)

lol im happy someone spotted that!

I got this little series with my SLR in Saitama just outside of Tokyo
