I've been meaning to try Screenstagram, think it does this exact same think. Only for Mac, though.

I used to have an app a bit like this (MyPhoneDesktop) before but I found I mostly used it to copy URL:s back and forth. Since I learned to use iCloud Tabs and Reading List features in Safari I do just fine without it.
