While I’m not the biggest fan of the heavy-handedness with which Windows is now applying updates, there is a very easy way to deal with this.

The words used are irrelevant. The user’s intent to insult is the only thing you really have to consider. The streamer owns his channel and has a right to enforce the chat in any way they wish.
