YESSSSSS

Oh my god this movie is gonna rule.

Things are likely to be a lot more normal (not completely normal, but normal-ish) by early- to mid-spring, believe it or not. That’s assuming nothing goes wrong, of course, but there is hope.

Damn, maybe I’ll actually watch it now. Fantastic Beasts was eh, Fantastic Beasts 2 was the worst movie I’ve ever seen. Can only get better from here (I hope).

Wow, how am I only just now hearing about that Colton–Cassie drama?! I had a feeling they wouldn’t stay together for very long, but this? Jeez. Well, she was always too good for him honestly.

I actually had a lot of fun watching It Chapter Two (which is the correct spelling, by the way).

Bring back Mandy!! EDIT: Wait it’s literally just a reenactment? God dammit that’s lame

Yeah, I agree. I got a good laugh from this tape (and honestly, it was pretty refreshing hearing this blank-slate First Lady drop F-bombs), but I could easily imagine Michelle Obama privately saying the same things about Christmas decorations. There wasn’t anything particularly “Grinch-like” about it.

The presidential election cannot be postponed—at least, not longer than a few weeks (and even that would be a long shot). If Trump died, Pence would immediately become president, and his term would end on Inauguration Day, no matter what, unless there was a constitutional amendment. Before the election, the RNC would

White House Down versus Olympus Has Fallen (both about terrorists attacking and infiltrating the White House). As is often the case, the worse film ended up making way more money.

Yikes, a body horror movie about rapid aging? This sounds exactly like the kind of movie I never want to watch (even if it’s good).

Plenty of viruses don’t have a vaccine, but we’ve never put as many resources into a vaccine search as we have for COVID. Experts are generally very confident we’ll have a vaccine eventually, especially considering the progress we’ve already made (42 candidates are being tested on humans, several with promising

If Alito or Thomas wanted to retire and for Trump to pick their replacements, they probably would have retired a little sooner. In any case, I doubt the feasibility of confirming three Supreme Court justices in four months.

I personally care because it means my favorite shows/movies will be seen by more people and my favorite actors will get more work. Why do I care if those things happen? I don’t really know. I just do.

Can’t blame you, since Better Call Saul is a lot different from Breaking Bad, tonally. (Until season 5, which gets notably more Breaking Bad–y, but if you don’t like it so far, it’s probably not worth catching up on.) Slow-burn dramas can often test my patience, so I can’t really explain why I find Better Call Saul so

Nah I was thinking the same thing. With this level of technological advancement, I feel like the concept of transgender would be different centuries from now.

Ha! That was the other one.

That Trench scene ruled. (One of the only scenes in that movie I actually liked, to be honest.)

Wikipedia lists the disasters portrayed in the film as “power failures crippling the entire Eastern seaboard, computers unlocking all doors in a Texas prison, and Jay Leno continuing to broadcast.”
