the 7th day / the Sabbath is Saturday (or more precisely, from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday). You were quoting Jewish texts. Jews celebrate the Sabbath on Saturday.

I’ve lived in Florida a lot over the past several years, and it has a lot of nice qualities that I love (golfing in shorts in January is such a joy, as are quick trips to the beach from most anywhere in the state).
the Forest Park golf course in St Louis (next to the WashU campus) is pretty dope. Cool to have an urban golf experience. Some solid elevation change for the midwest. 27 holes. And best of all, unlike most golf courses these days, not built through an ugly housing development.
Illinois has 8 classes (state champions) in football, 1-2 classes (state champions) in smaller sports (bowling, I think), 3 in more popular sports like cross country, 4 in really popular sports like girls volleyball and b/g basketball.
