Is Yakuza: Ishin Region Locked for PS3 or PS4? I am learning Japanese and feel I might as well grab an imported version since I'll know the language fairly well in a short period of time :P

Is there a citation that explains it's only the console versions? I looked through the sources in the article and couldn't find any indications that the PC version gets off scot-free.
