This is really common for victims because the court/conviction process is so terrible for them (getting questioned by lawyers who don't believe them and are trying to convince everyone they are lying, having to recount details of the assault, and having to be in the same room as their attacker). The victim can't drop

Why couldn't this have happened before the show started sucking so badly?

That was the worst defense of liking Roman Polanski films that I've read, and I've read a lot of them. At least they didn't say "The victim wants to move on, why can't we!?", but that's all I'll give them.

To be fair, it's not uncommon for rape victims to want the whole thing to go away. The conviction process is awful, and this poor girl has had hers dragged out for decades.

Avery Bullock, naturally. Or Maxwell Sheffield on The Nanny.

I think Altair and his story would have made a much better movie, but whatever they have to do to not cast any ethnic minorities, I guess.

I was hoping this article would be about the leaked movie script written by the CEO.

That's not what gaslighting is! It's a psychological tactic employed by abusive men to make their partner think she is crazy. It's not, like, a dude not sharing enough about himself. Argh.

I like Howl's Moving Castle, but I wish it'd stuck more to the book.

I love how such a big deal is being made that she's older than him. Yeah, by THREE YEARS. You could never find that small of a gender-reverse age difference in most Bond films.

It's okay, for all of their posturing about the age-appropriate love interest it looks like there's also a potential love interest who is 17 years Craig's junior. All is right with the film world!

Most women would ditch the shoes at some point, though. I love my shoes but even I would be like "yeah, not worth it."

If you have to show the original scene on the bottom so the audience knows what the heck they're watching, chances are it's not a well done recreation.

I actually stopped watching the show in part because I hated Sweets so much.

Explaining obvious things to the audience was pretty much Sweets's purpose in general.

That's when I stopped watching the show. I was already fairly annoyed with it but that was such a shark-jumping moment that made me decide that, nope, I was done.

It might have been okay had they used a different word instead of "pussy." It sounded anachronistic.

Remember: if you see a celebrity, consider them dangerous!

Yup, seems like it's all over Facebook in general.

She actually can sing, she just chooses not to. Listen to her stuff back from when she was on Broadway as a teenager.
