Snoopy Red Baron Christmas is by far one of my favorite Christmas songs, and the fact it is on this list while other crap from Wham! or Wings is horrible.

I live in Pittsburgh, every intersection in downtown is no turn on red if not 24 hours a day, a good 12 hours of the working day.  The community I live in only permits right on red at intersections that have no sidewalks.

Many places don’t do “scramble cycles” where only the pedestrians have a walk signal and all the lights are green.  There are two by me that are only active when the high school is about to start or let out for the day, but other than that there are zero intersections anywhere by me where the walk signal is not tied

I have 2 of these I drive by or thru their intersection almost daily and have never come close to hitting others, or being hit by others in the 30 years I have been driving.

They most often are for Y (and T intersections where two legs are the same road name, one of those legs being the bottom of the T), and that road

Or if it kills someone it kills the hubris holder as they go off on their own in whatever death trap they designed and kill themselves, its the dragging unsuspecting others along for the ride that is just awful.

At issue here was that Starbucks “solution” to this situation was to go fire a some white people to hope that was enough to sate people so they would calm down and then they could brush this under the rug and move on with minimal actual change going on. And they told this woman that that is what she was to do ‘go fire

Who the hell finds a problem with more paid days off and days off for a good cause? Do you complain about people getting Christmas, Good Friday, or Columbus Day off? Because if you are not Christian or Italian you probably could give two shits about those days.

According to Accuweather the high on that date was 86 degrees in Orlando, AKA “Way too damn hot to leave two kids in the car for an hour shade or no shade”.

They basically say you should not be leaving pets or kids in the car even when it is a low as 70 degrees outside as it gets too hot too quick.

So even if the car

I remember from my days that all the theory classes always were the sparsely attended and filled with the “gonna do just enough to get my C or B so I can do my practical classes for my major that I really kind of care about”.

I was a comm student, no one in my classes gave two craps about what Marx or Freud or whoever

In both the IT and AV infrastructure worlds he manufacturers want to just push the firmware updates and software updates direct to the end user and skip vendors, resellers, and other points of “we now don’t have control of the process anymore”. I can’t see why carmakers won’t go the same route seeing as most cars are

Nah, its Karen now.

And the ol “why don’t you wander around the showroom some, we will get to your car right away!” ploy to get you window shopping and thinking “hmm this is nice....wonder what it could cost to get into one?”

Not sure of the “not selling well” as I see a lot of them out and about when I am driving.

Could one of the reasons for their pushback be also that a large amount of their business is not selling you a new car. Its servicing your new car. For non warranty stuff. That they have control over how much to charge you for. And an EV is going to have potentially less of that (Or at least they fret it will).

At the

If it was white I have this friend who would trade in her MG for it.

They swore him in before they took off.

I honestly can’t say that I have ever noticed a Subaru Crosstrek with any degree of frequency that was more than the other assorted whatnottery on the road around here.

The order tracking and route taking and lead times are all most likely Amazon policy that is monitored and enforced by Amazon software and hardware (Your trucks must have this doodad on them, drivers must follow our rules on routes/time/layover). So Amazon is included as I am sure most of the “why is this this way” is

Yea, all physical media does have a finite life span.
While in theory DVDs and CDs can have a very long shelf-life, that is dependent on how they are handled, and also the quality of the materials to make the disc with in the 1st place.
Its not unheard of for DVDs to get a little wonky after 20 years.

People should have realized something stunk when suddenly Fox New seemed to give a shit about veteran’s issues and problems.
