Yeah, I’m glad for my childhood in Queens. We didn’t have to leave NYC to have a safe upbringing. My parents are still there today. I do realize that other cities are not built like NYC though, especially DC, so there aren’t as many neighborhoods that are both black and safe, unfortunately.

I absolutely loved both movies, tbh.
