I’d intensely disagree with this. All of these exclusive rewards are purely cosmetic. What’s the big deal if you don’t have them? It literally does nothing to your experience, especially because this is a FPS! As it stands, skins hardly have any impact on gameplay at all. Why are people so aversive to competition?…

Hopefully it is like Hearthstone and Diablo where you get the rewards just for participating in it enough to get the early ranks. In Hearthstone you just need to go from rank 25 to 20 to get the cosmetic rewards, and there is no penalty for losing at those levels.

See, I’m the opposite. I’d rather it be balanced first for casual play. I’d rather play this game than watch it.

Overwatch focuses on game modes with capture points you take one at a time so you cant just ‘avoid it’. So if half the team is all thats needed to basically bring the attacker team to a screeching halt, that ends up being a balance issue and not fun to play against.

Look at the last guy the turret kills. He runs in front of that door for less than a second and the turret is able to see him, turn 90 degrees, fire, and kill him in that amount of time. It then shows it from the killed player’s perspective to show just how cheap it really was.

The turret is basically 360 no scoping him. It has no turn time so it can switch targets immediately even when they are in an opposite direction from where it is facing.

So people aren't allowed to have an opinion on quality of storytelling? Piss off. Personally I liked the ending, it really seemed to make sense for the characters, but I'm not going to accuse people of being homophobic for having a different opinion than me, that's just immature.
