Being male, middle class and white, I usually go with - right in the middle. Every position has a salary range from the other people with the same title/responsibilities. Average those salaries and give me that. There’s still room to go up before I’d need a higher title and more responsibility.

It’s especially true for girls.

I just finished 5 months on Nutrisystem and dropped 45lbs.

If you really DID live in northern Virginia, you’d know it’s NOVA, not NVA.

Er, no. Ereck Flowers was an issue last year, and his flaws are the biggest reason for the 0-5 start.

While I’m not a LBJ fan, he has my respect. It seems like LBJ’s whole career has been leading up to something. Maybe destroying this farce of a president is where he should throw his considerable influence. I’d be okay with that.

Ask Serena. Lots of plastic over that muscle.

Assuming your diet didn’t adjust too much, you’ve gotten into body shaping, which I think is a better focus if you’re not planning on severely curtailing your eating habits. Inches, not pounds. You’re not going to be lighter on the scale if you’re building muscle, but you will look and feel better.

Maybe they just need a bit of descriptive adjustment. HIIT training is WAY more efficient than steady-state cardio, as you acknowledged. An hour of Orangetheory, doing HIIT training, is more beneficial than an hour of plodding along on a treadmill.

It’s 2017. People still use 32-bit programs?

Hmm. Not a lot of details here.

You’re welcome to send your little used GoPro4 to me. I’ll use it.

Yeah - that’s what we need. The douchiness of a Prius driver with the power douchiness of a Mustang driver.

Hang in there. You’re doing the right thing, even if it doesn’t seem like you’re progressing. Not to get all psych guru, but no progress without struggle, and so forth.

They can man the border. Cheaper than a wall.

What was the crowd reception?
