So they took a Ram 1500 frame and body and stuck some hub motors on it, and blacked it out because it’s really just a Ram 1500 inside?

Most Chinese people would argue that the CCP is basically fascist these days. they’re about as socialist as the Nazis were.

Wait, so is the 6GT just the 5GT before 2017? But just the same car rebadged as a 6GT? Bu really just a 5er underneath? And now updated with the 5er, but called a 6GT?

Prius. Actually, Toyota seats in general

I’m guessing commercial real estate will probably see a big shift for the next few years. The company I work for, alone is putting a few billion dollars of office space projects for employees (land, buildouts, etc) on pause.

Neutral, wfh until 2021 (at least) and we can watch the world burn remotely. With that stated, I’m missing my free office meals and pastries and massages

Musk needs Silicon Valley more than the Silicon Valley needs Tesla. For their outsized impact on the daily commute on the 101, 280, 237 and 85, they are considered a small employer there, and a toxic one at that that any employee worth their salt avoids. (Plus, what the fuck is wrong with Apple? They’re toxic as fuck

It’s more about policy and money.  They’re hoping people won’t show up, but have already paid and can’t lose it.  If they don’t sail, they have to return money.

There is no ethics in stock buybacks. Both my parents and my in-laws were both executives at different publicly traded companies. They saw the leadership do this repeatedly to increase the stock value due to their bonuses being tied to increases in stock value. This is all about short term gain for few.

Not a Tesla fan, but I feel like at this point, if people ask for an electric car; i’d point them towards a Tesla (or Bolt, or Rivian). It’s almost like the germans are satisified with phoning it in.

I want to agree.  Can you please show me the research you’re referencing?

Ahh. That explains the behavior of Ohio drivers that I see here in Seattle. I just assumed you guys all just learned to drive on a tractor or something.

It’s totally nutty and weird when you see the Mustang Mach E, and you think to yourself “F**k that name, but at least it’s a decently competitive car”. Why? Because performance and range competitiveness matters in the EV world, more than anything else.  To be competitive, the 300mi and AWD option, 4-ish second 0-60

Sorry, meant to be replied to the top argument

How about this from the fact-checked union of concerned scientists (which basically show how shitty the mid west electrical grid is):

Please show reliable evidence to back up your utter bullshit CO2 output numbers.

Yeah, but that brand equity was relatively focused; in the same way a “Civic” or a “911" has built up equity and a relatively singular focus.  This is just dilution.

And it's stupidly fast with the Ecoboost

starred just because it’s an awesome song and awesome video
