I own one. The E350 wagon is 4matic mandatory, and the price is partially driven by the fact that they are made in Germany still (GLS is with GLE in Alabama).

Never really had an issue with the Prius except for the horrible economy car seats. They hurt my back bad after a while. Otherwise it's a small hatch with an anemic engine in my mind.

Let me clarify. China is the largest cement and iron ore consumer in the world. There is always good and bad, but most of the tier 1 cities don’t seem to have any infrastructure issues worse than say, the US.
China doesn’t produce either, but considering that most high grade steel and cement produced in the world goes there, one shouldn’t be too worried.
This is why I don't worry about others and make sure I'm covered to the wazoo.
