Speed and TouchID.

I think touch Id is one thing. On my nexus 5, it was easy to type my password, but it is painful on the xperia z ultra gpe phone. A 1 second fingerprint scan is faster. But that's actually the smallest problem that I have with it.

Admittedly, their implementation is the best thus far.
