And this is why Consumer Reports love the new Fords, but can't stand MyFordTouch. It's like Ford went out of their way to over complicate things. I used one for 2 weeks in a new Ford Escape, and find it a nuisance and a distraction, much worse than the comparatively decent MMI system in my wife's car. It crashed…
