At this point, any Dazzler appearance in the MCU is a welcome thing in my book.
I hate to say it but “Yo, fuck that shit!” Last month I got an Asus Flow X13 (it’s a “two in one”) and the XG Mobile dock (6850M XT) for $1399 on Amazon. Aside from the Flow having a 3050 vs the 4060 in the Surface, I can’t imagine any other way it’s a better device.
