I noticed the book mentioned Laura was 18 at the time of her death but the show said she was 17. What is the truth? Thanks!

Hi Mark! Are you willing to clarify, did a *second* fire burn down the mill post-series and that’s when Catherine sold it to Ben? If so, why is the date on the contract for the mill sale in the book *before* the bank explosion? Was the date just a slight error? Thanks again, brilliant book!
