Streamers are under the false assumption that Twitch is obligated to offer good customer service. There is little incentive to do so because Twitch pays them.
Any entity that is this reliant on playing ball with advertisers with huge potential budgets invariably gets here, unfortunately.

While it is gross, the alternative to them recruiting is the return of the draft. That is one of the more morally repulsive things our country has ever done, and that’s saying something. They need to recruit young people, video games and Twitch are a good way to reach young people.
