@Ben Wojdyla: That would certainly help, but it has proven not to eliminate understeer altogether; specially when there are different suspension geometries on each wheel. Like during heavy braking or acceleration in and out a corner, which happens to be where you need a more controlled ride.

Two words: Torque. Steer.
