He made his partners sign a fairly draconian non-disclosure agreement while failing to disclose his health status to them. In other words, while he thought to protect his privacy and reputation, he didn’t give a rat’s ass about protecting his partners’ health.

Can we not retcon Mr. Sheen into some kind of unwitting victim? He was reckless, careless, and indifferent to the well being of his partners and he then went on to trash those partners, blaming them for his infected status.

Most people are shaming him for having HIV and not telling the women he slept with that he had HIV. That’s aggravated rape, in my opinion.

Not telling the women he’s having unprotected sex with that he’s HIV+ is an extension of that whole woman beating thing imo.
