it will be renamed. the new name is yet to be announced, but it will include "NBC" or "NBC Sports" somehow.

yes it does. but then what if the AT&T purchase of T-Mobile USA doesn't happen?

probably subsidies are bigger in the US. also, the US price is before sales tax, while the European prices include the VAT (value-added tax).
