Pump It Up was spectacular.  Even if you watch nothing else - though there was tons of gems hidden in this past week - make it a point to watch this one, cause it was mindblowing.

To be fair, he did say if he didn’t have it in hand when he arrived in New Zealand for worldcon, which it sounds like he didn’t actually go to worldcon, so he technically did not break his promise ;p

And yet nearly every reveal got its own article with a video. But you can’t put the links into a single article?  Sounds like clickbait to me

I dislike video only conversations. I have many other things to watch, and I can read while watching those, and I’m certainly not going to pause my other videos to watch a video about a game I haven’t bought. I wanted to know the thoughts about this game, but won’t bother to waste time finding out what the result was.

Exactly what I expected this game to be.  Still dumbly hype for it xD

They kind of had this with the Squadron system, I think. You could lead your NPC squad into a dungeon and do it; it was a lot of fun, but I think they limited it to early dungeons.

Agreed; I’ve not been the BEST Mario player in years, but picked up SMM2, and found some levels; I’ve beaten SOME Super Expert (which is huge for me), but I’ve also gotten most of the way through other SE levels that aren’t technically challenging, but have ONE tricky jump that causes a death if you don’t have that…

Absolutely.  But watching it as released is far heavier than splitting it up and putting EoE in the mix.  The director had a plan, and he completed his plan.  EoE is amazing, but was done solely because of the backlash for those episodes
