Personally I'm surprised the developer even took the chance. Apple has been fairly vocal on their policies regarding adult content, and I believe Google also removes adult apps from their Play store.

Machinarium, by the same dev, is also fun and charming as hell. It has a few challenging spots but feels rewarding after figuring them out. Available on Android and iPad, as well.
