Except Dexter factually IS NOT as bad as the people he’s killed, he’s saved countless lives whether that was his intention or not, so for the show to try to argue that felt kinda weak, and as others said I don’t see how Harrison brutally killing his own father is somehow magically less traumatic then having to grow up…

actually the delivery is pretty good, many actual true crime podcasts sound EXACTLY like that, it’s a dead-on impression. I’m baffled by the popularity of true crime podcasts myself but believe it or not people really eat that crap up.
