I called my WiFi DNCD_INV (DNCD is the drug enforcement agency in my country, and INV for Investigation). I know the neighbour that is always fishing for WiFi, and drugs. This has kept him on check. He even came to me and asked if I had seen any drug enforcement people around the area, lol.
