Hey, sometimes you just need a way to run out and buy some PBR and Bud, although that Budweiser logo is inaccurate.

Reverse:

I’m calling bullshit. If the Russian government wants to incarcerate their own people then fine, let them. That doesn’t excuse Continental from the fact that they are now supporting the economy and people of a hostile country that is currently bombing the shit out of a sovereign nation. Sure, some russians aren’t cool

The Mini outsold the Tesla because it’s a cheap ass car that fits in cramped sidestreets that were randomly laid out in the 1980s and 1990s better car for the market.

Not sure the point of the comparison. The Hongguang Mini EV‘s base price is almost a tenth (yes tenth) of that of the Model 3…I would worry if it wasn’t outselling the Tesla. It makes the Bolt look expensive.

We picked up one of the first GTs when they came out (and even got a bunch of gifts because of it, like a studio headphone from Harmon Kardon who makes the sound system in the Stinger). At one dealership, they had something like a 10K markup. So we went to a dealer an hour away visiting family and walked out with one

If you go on any enthusiasts forum you’ll see a disproportionate number of complaints from angry owners. Even Tacoma forums are full of people complaining about build quality and reliability issues.

1st Gear: A lot of China’s population doesn’t actually make all that much money. Yes, even now after years of growth. Their upper class and upper middle class have ballooned, but the blue collar population is still massive. Combine that with small streets and often limited parking and a smaller car makes sense. The

but some are just a fancy Kia and come with all the normal Kia build ‘quality’.

Yeah, I live in San Diego where AWD is not even remotely a requirement.

Same here. If this was an AWD gt2, I'd probably bite. But for 35k, I will have regerts.

That’s why good cars like the Alfa Romeo Giulia and VW GTI aren’t selling in strong numbers.

Cool car, but when you bought a Kia, you signed up for more depreciation than that. ND.

That is also a good point. Having a “pay with cash” lifestyle comes at the expense of having credit with a shallow history.

I’ve never understood how people seem to loose control of cars so often in races like these. If the back end lights up, just let off the gas, it’s pretty much that easy. You aren’t going fast enough by then for it to snap that bad. I daily drive a gen 3 with ~600hp and have never had anything like this happen to me.

Oh, I get it now. They’re terrible at their jobs. Shoulda known!

Your initial credit pull dropped your score. It’s more pronounced when you have derogatory or limited credit to begin with.

They’ve already taken possession of it. It’s at Copart. I suspect this guy will have a very expensive next six months.

His insurance company will not be amused when they see the video.

Nah, it was 65 and dry that day. The tires that guy had were from 2016. I know the guy who was hosting the meet this happened after, multiple people saw the date code on the tires before this happened. This guy was just an idiot- he also just got the car in October. Probably only the second or third time he took it
