It doesn’t quite work this way in reality.  There are markets where renting is easily the more prudent way strictly from the financial perspective and those where buying is clearly the way to go.  And that part of the equilibrium isn’t shifting much.  There are other factors involved.

Literally about 1% of rent v. buy advice on the internet is from people who fully understand the true comparison (from the financial side of things). There is so much misinformation... Equity - they’d be my least concern with this (even though obviously that’s a valid point and assuming flat value trends the only real

This is very very wrong. Not sure if at the source or the retelling here, but....you can’t honestly believe Sherwin Williams, a store primarily oriented at professional painters, doesn’t know their audience. Or that Scotch orange tape (called masking) isn’t used by painters.

The flavor is way different. That one is a little of an acquired taste

You know - people that this dish is borrowed from. The ones that named it. There is no mother-effing t in borsch

For the love of god, don’t.   I mean - buy a home if you need a home and it makes sense vs. renting for all the right reasons.  But don’t consider that an investment, ‘cause it ain’t.  And don’t make an investment based on anything contained in this here article, because that’s not how you make real estate

More than half, since the primary benefit of the mask is protecting others from you, and that’s exactly what the valve sort of eliminates

Counterpoint: picky eaters are made, not born.  It can also be overcome (I do not recall the specific number; I think it was something like it takes 10 times eating the the disagreeable food and then the aversion goes away).  Coddling picky eaters exacerbates the problem instead of fixing it.  Childhood is when this

I mean, she is a secondary character. The movie had so many major characters to deal with. Would we want a longer movie just to include her? I don’t think so. This has nothing to do with the actor (who I think was quite meh, really, but that’s completely besides the point), it has to do with this extraneous

Here is the problem with such calculators.  They are assuming you do each of those jobs at a level comparable with that of professionals.  Which is usually a false premise.

It’s laughable to suggest that the market is efficient given what you just said about high frequency trading. That’s pure mothereffing arbitrage. More than that, it is a complete insider’s game. It’s creating inefficiency through technology and then exploiting it. It literally reduces the efficiency of the market. if

What. the F.  Are you on about

What I want to know is, is that green laptop in the photo is a real product or just photoshopped, and if it’s real, what is it

F that. This has nothing to do with race. When white people (or people of any color) do what Alycia did it’s just as wrong. Don’t cross into the opponent’s half court clearly aggressively. This has everything to do with inability to lose graciously. No amount of too-hard-handshake BS can justify showing aggression.

Oh bullshit. There is power imbalance in throwing it around in conversation, but repeating lyrics does not create any imbalance. No it is not appropriate to call someone the n word even if they use it toward themselves. But repeating lyrics- that’s going way overboard.

That’s a bad angle.  There is separation front to back from this angle between the hand and the helmet.  There were tons of angles shown in replays

They don’t make them very smart in Wisconsin, do they...

Except that it wasn’t a hit! That’s the trouble. If he were targeting the player, yeah sure, but he was clearly going for the ball, look at everything (body position, eyes, etc). If anything it was Allison playing the defender in terms of coming laterally on to it.  That can not be called, cause otherwise you’re

Holy crap, everyone, it’s the refs commenting!  No you blind homer, noone went for the head, he was going for the ball with his eyes locked in.  It was a clean play.  They both had right to that ball

Oh wait, one more. He’s not really a misogynist. It would be hard to think when he’s advocated misogyny, and easy to recall when he has advocated against. Unless you’re of a mind that him stating that rape <> unwanted hug is misogynistic, in which case you might be precisely the kind of person I’m saying is
