One you failed to mention that is very popular with RVer's is Millenicom which buys data in bulk from Verizon, Sprint and maybe AT&T too (not real sure about that one though) and sells it at a discount. You can get a 20 GB 4G plan that uses Verizon's network for 70 a month.
