Does anyone know anything about going from working in the US to remote out of the country? Been wanting to move to my BFs home country but would like to know what reasons my company would possibly have to not want to do allow it.

Nice, I live in LOS ANGELES and pay that much for DSL so I can avoid the awful services from ATT / Spectrum. We can’t even get fiber at my address.

Yeah its great, a company just came and blocked parking and made a mess on my street for 3 weeks to lay fiber. Guess what? Asked them how people who actually, you know, live here can get fiber. Answer? Sorry we don’t provide residential service.

I have an IUD and have never actually been on the pill, so nope!

Keep them out of direct sun and forget about them. Seriously, I have so many plants and if I remember to water them once a month (twice if they are SUPER lucky) they are happy. I live in LA so its not humid at all and I have a balcony that many live on that is in full sun. So its not ideal conditions by any means.

Working in photography and advertising, the advantage isn’t necessarily the design etc aspects its more integreation with EVERYONE else you work with. I have never worked for a photographer that used a PC, all the designers etc where I work also work on Mac. Just using an Android phone, I was looked at like a bizarre

For all their “natural” “blessing” and “harmony” talk, I want to reply with a big NO THANKS. Thanks to birth control I haven’t had my period “normally” since I was 17, I’m 41 now. I never want kids. E V E R. Those 2 things together are enough to brave any or the potential side effects they rattle off because the side

The dish cloth seems to get smelly and gross way faster than this sponge, plus its also somehow designed to not get stuck with eggs or cheese or anything like that.

I found that using my sponge and Clorox clean-up spray once in a while to clean the counters and sink makes it all fresh again. Works better than the microwave and dishwasher, neither of which 100% seemed to work.

It would be cool if my Nest mini didn’t tell me I have to pay to access MY OWN music library on YouTube music now that they are getting rid of Google Music.

Her and her friend, I can’t remember her name, seemed like they were just on for the fun of it which made it even better. They didn’t give a fuck about Brett. I wish they would have gotten a spin off.

Spiders and lizards are always welcome with the understanding that they will eat all other bugs as their deal with me.

Honestly up until a few years ago I never closed the screens on my sliding doors in LA. There really weren’t any bugs spare the errant fly or two. Now we have mosquitos all of a sudden which sucks.

Yeah, I’d like to know who would enjoy some random person deciding what they would find enjoyable at work and making more of that.

I only use the browser version, why would I have another app on my phone? Takes up space and I don’t see what it would do that just putting a shortcut on my home screen does.

As a public service (and someone who never had vision coverage) when you get your contact lens prescription also have them give you your glasses one. Then go to somewhere like Zenni with it. I bought my first pair of new glasses in like 20 years from them, they were super cheap (like under $20 total!) and actually

I have just found the only advantage to being tall and having sinks that are always too short for me.

As someone who rides 2 wheels and drives, I have to agree. I’ve had the same thoughts. I don’t have any of those safety features on my car since its a 2000 and I really don’t want them on a new one.

she’s using this as a gateway to possibly becoming sexually active” I mean yeah, puberty IS the gateway to becoming sexually active. Literally.

Exactly. I like riding fast and don’t want to worry about other people keeping up.
