I love your optimism and you are correct that they are subject to the health department, that doesn’t mean they are monitored 24/7 or don’t know they are being inspected before they inspector shows up (everywhere I worked did and cleaned up so they’d pass).

Could we just work on expanding public transportation? If you have a robust system that makes it WORTH IT to not drive most people won’t.

I relate to this, I’m not quite as much of a target but they love me too. Went to Cyprus to visit the BF’s family, no screens on the windows. He told me not to worry about it. Curious, I’ve lived in my apt for 13 years. When I move out is pretty much everything that isn’t blatant destruction considered wear and tear? 

I especially enjoy how mine is set up. I had a roommate last year who used a space heater 24/7, pushing us into a different tier for pricing. Did they charge us at the time it was used? NOPE! We get to pay a charge for Tier 2 pricing this year and for a whole YEAR for those 2 months we were in that tier, last year.

Seems to handle it as good or better than LP. I have multiple gmail logins and all of them show up as options in the browser extension for BW. 

Apparently it is not approved for use for depression, when it is it is off label. It’s been used that way for awhile, I’m pretty sure.
