We have plenty of bike cops in LA but it seems to me they just hide and try to catch speeders. I am talking about a more dedicated crew that would just be ticketing for THIS. There would definitely be enough work to warrant it.

I ride 2 wheels, I still do it. But I would also probably do what the guy in the video did. I have definitely driven up to people and tapped their windows. When someone almost kills you, a rage can take over. I’ve tried to stop doing it though, not the safest behavior.

That is the BEST! I wonder why they don’t have police doing this in LA. It’s unbelievable how many people I see using phones and paying no attention while driving. They could make a FORTUNE since being on a bike affords the perfect vantage point to see people using them.
