Not sure why you don’t think we have any long term info on head injuries from fighting, boxing has been around for quite some time and involves much more shots to the head than MMA. Muay thai as well.

Urgent care clinics often take cash payments. One near me is $100 for a visit, no insurance.
Crock pot french onion soup was so easy and SO good!
Last Pass fills forms too, not sure why they recommend Lazarus as well.
I dig One Tab but don’t know how to access all my “one tabs”? If I go to my laptop at home and open a new window and click it, it shows me all the ones I’ve saved for the last few weeks. Here at work, nothing. Where are they hiding?
And also maybe running ac to make everywhere feel like a meat locker is actually bad for the environment?
Excatly!
LA is crazy.
Why does everyone who is hot all the time talk about how easy it is to get warm when you are cold?
You’ve apparently never actually been really cold. I’ve also never felt like “OMG I’m gonna die” when it’s hot and that includes an all day job on a golf course in palm springs in June.
Sorry, putting on a sweater doesn’t make me warm when it’s blowing frozen air at me all day. My hands feel like icicles and my feet and ankles get frozen, even when wearing calf high leather boots. Never understood why the people who are cold just have to suck it up but if anyone is hot, OMG! Turn the A/C on! You too…
Me too! I moved to LA because it’s warm here, not to freeze inside at 65 degrees. There’s a place for all you people who just love it when it’s cold, it’s called MINNESOTA. Enjoy.
Exactly, it was SO worth it. You could tell how much infrastructure was there for high season and I couldn’t even imagine being there then. When were on Koh Phi Phi Island and it was maybe as close to empty as you’re ever going to see. It was super cool.
I did that the other day. One more point for the Miata.
Well, that’s kind of why it’s the low season and cheaper...you’re taking a gamble.
Yeah I was starred back when that was a thing. I think I’m out of the grays on Lifehacker, but that’s it. Don’t care much though, Jez used to be a LOT more interesting and fun in the comments. Not so anymore so I rarely visit.
I’ve been on here and other Gawker websites since probably 2007...in grey here, no clue.
It’s hard to cut people slack when I see dog after dog dumped and even though I only work with breed specific rescue we can’t keep up with the number of dogs “well meaning” people can’t seem to google what to do with. The accountability is on YOU when you adopt a pet, not on the shelter, not on a rescue. If your pet…
Yes RESCUES have those clauses and had the OP adopted from one, I would assume she would have mentioned contacting them in her post. She clearly said a shelter, which do not have those stipulations. A dog like that will not be rehomed to “someone with a yard”. Often rescues aren’t even allowed to pull dogs who have…
The OP was who I was referring to. Sorry if it wasn’t clear.
