Not sure I agree with #5. While there is a lot to be said for having a day job ‘great paying’ careers suck up a lot of time/enegy/tuition fees in there own right and if you acknowledge that passion jobs usually pay less it makes little sense to advise people to build a lifestyle around a higher pay scale.
