The rule only applies to car registered in Quebec since that’s what the SAAQ is responsible for. I live on the Quebec side near Ottawa and you often see cars with Ontario plates around. Cops won’t bother them for not having winter tires.

And you are in a truck. Imagine us poor plebs in smaller car. Pretty much everything blinds us now.

I wonder how many people will know were that quote comes from.

3rd gear:

I can bearly believe it.

Gatineau, but that’s the “supreme” price. Normal gas is at 1.07$/l

Got to find a use for that pipeline the Gov bought lol

Winter tires will still net you better control in cold, dry pavement simply because they don’t get stiff and hard as a puck. However, cold here really mean -10C to -40C. If your “winter” is defined as a couple days of snow a year with temp barely going under 0C then yeah, keep the all seasons but pay attention when it

it’s actually illegal to drive with summer or 4 season tires here in winter. You have to put your winter tires on before December or you will get a ticket and towed if the cops notice.

A lot of the building materials are still in feet and inch. At least in Canada. Some area just have a harder time moving away from the weird old imperial system. People still give their height as 5'9" instead of 176cm.

This would be interesting to see. What does the CPO actually offer over just buying used.

Got to agree with Patrick on this one. I have the GTI and I also carry 2 big dogs quite often (2x 130 pound Newfy) and they fit very comfortably in the car with the back seat down.

I put money in repairing a 10 year old Ford Aspire.

No houses, no investments, no giving to charity, no nothing. It’s the car time, baby.

That’s the beauty of legalizing it now. Winter always brings a increase in car crash. By the time the data is gathered, reviewed, adjusted and released to public, it will be hard to really say if it was winter or marijuana that caused the increase. It will also be too late. ;)

Was a pedestrian hiding behind the utility pole?

There are very simple ways to integrate them in the pillar without ever touching the metal part of the pillar. The material that covers the pillar could be molded around the screens which would make the screen seamlessly part of the pillar. Just a random ideas, I’m sure other could come up with something better.

I was just about to comment that same thing. they also create more blind spot since you now have the A pillar and a screen blocking the view.

This one is going to be embarrassing but here goes.

He did end up near an elementary school....
