This is the way.

Yes! The mods completely change the experience.  Removing shared cooldowns makes it play so much more fun too, and there’s so many QoL upgrades too.  The EGM mod restores SO MUCH cut content that was included in the game files but for some reason goes unused.  This alone should sell you on a new play through https://ww

So, if you’re a PC player, I highly recommend revisiting ME3. The modding community has fixed all of the bugs, and restored a ton of cut content from unused game files. It makes the ending far more robust and satisfying.

They also restored a ton of video content that I can find no good reason for it being not in use

Yeah thank god for them packaging the DLC’s. I’ve bought them an embarrassing number of times across multiple xbox accounts, origin, steam... Like seriously I’ve probably spent $500 in my life time on their DLC lol

I agree on ME1's hub world, just not so many long ass corridors.  I liked the ability to land on strange worlds that could be totally empty.  I missed that vibe in ME2 & 3.

I liked Andromeda movement but I agree on the jet pack having some level design issues. The problem though, is the jet pack was so fun to use.

I

ME1 is pretty dated and it also has a really long wind up. Like, it really takes 10 hours for them to set that world up and the plot to get in motion. They’re not wrong that watching the YT is an acceptable path forward, but it sounds like you have some rules that you take pretty seriously about playing/watching.

Have

There’s a lot more nuance to the morality system than pro or anti cerberus, but for some characters it definitely skews that way. If it’s your partner’s fav series, you should definitely revisit it, it’s a masterclass in gaming. Yes, it’s more mission oriented than exploration, but they’re some fantastic missions,

I would love to play the games on the go on switch... But having played the game fully modded, with cut content restored and all the extra perks from the expanded galaxy mod... I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to go back to console.  I’ve played too many times to ever do that stupid hacking mini game again lol.

The

Yeah, replaying on PC I always mod Fuel and Probes to insane amounts so I don’t have to worry about it and it does save a bunch of time.  I also use the mod that allows you to harvest a full planet with one probe.  It probably shaves 15 hours of playing time off doing that, and makes it a much more enjoyable

this one thing can’t ruin this other thing for you”? Turns out they’re wrong”

Seems like a personal problem.  I don’t really understand how you could dislike it so much after loving the first one.   It’s definitely worth revisiting, it’s a masterclass in gaming and mods can fix most parts of the experience that annoys

I believe that’s why it was delayed though, to try to give some QoL adjustments to ME1.  I love that game but boy the inventory mgmt was a huge chore.  I basically can’t play it on console anymore, have to mod all those things out of existence lol.

This game is plenty grindy if you don’t use any of the exploits, and you get to make a substantial impact on your world. The stakes are lower than the other games you mentioned, but the world building is there.

Also, I would lay off the Juul for a bit. Early reports out of NYC are the mortality rates among younger

Yeah, they’re making a joke...

Great article. One small word missing here :)

the empire of Nilfgaard is rapidly expanding to claim tons **of**once independent kingdoms.”

pretty sure the Kiora cosplay girl has a nip showing...

I agree. I loved FO3 but found FO4 to be pretty meh, despite sinking 80 hours into it.  Brown as far as the eye can see is problematic. It seems like post-apocalyptic settings in games is sometimes a fig leaf for making things ugly and destroyed in a way that bums me out.

Thanks for the two pager on your stats.  You def can play that way... but why would you. Sounds boring to sit back and 1HKO everything through a wall.

Interesting, I’ve played about 45 games on MyCareer at 12 mins and I’ve only encountered a handful of bugs. I had one game crash, and occasionally 2k will tell me I’m not connected to the internet on load-up when I am.  Other than that I’ve had a pretty clean experience.

Well, Redpill is banned and as much as T_D constantly violates subwide rules and brigades, they remain for obvious reasons. It’s hard to tell a subreddit they can’t say the same things POTUS does, even if they both are abhorrent.

Also, this general shitting on reddit is misguided. I’ve never seen nazi sympathizers on

“game companies should be able to announce and release info when it’s ready and with context”

Lol. Keep dreaming.
