I hate every ape I see from chimpana to chimpanzee.

It’s diet lettuce and makes you immediately poop out the salad or sandwich you just ate.

Clearly, Karlie’s working on a new type of lettuce that’s even more bland than regular lettuce. Its name will be Taylie.

Oh totally! Check out the technique:

I’d still eat that cheese.

It really is all about him. I’ve listened less and less but the end point for me was his interview with Dax Shepherd and kept trying to name drop the Hearsts. We get it Chris you married a Hearst. *insert eye-roll gif*

I lost track of the Nerdist years ago, and when I try to catch up I just don’t have the energy. Three shows a week is too many, especially with all the issues you mention. I don’t care about Chloe, I don’t need her chiming in every time he’s doing an intro, Chris interrupts a lot, and there’s a lot of complaining when

I will see anything Edgar Wright does.

Agree.

YES. Matt and Jonah are so much funnier than Hardwick is on the Nerdist, but he never shuts up. I finally had to stop listening to it. And he’s the same way on @Midnight! I don’t need five minutes of standup before we even get to the guests. I don’t understand why Chris Hardwick is becoming the go-to host for things,

This is the perfect summation - i used to think that Pete Holmes and TJ Miller were the same person on Doug Loves Movies because they were always imitating each other and neither was famous enough (pre-Silicon Valley) that I knew who they were.

“I didn’t talk to Alec because I don’t like Alec”

Between this and the Girl Scout who sells at my university and takes Venmo, I will always buy plenty of cookies.

People playing at being poor makes me crazy. It’s why I detest On The Road so much. If I wanted to listen to a bunch of middle-class white dudes wax poetic about issues that don’t effect them I would join the Republican party.

It’s relevant because even though totally average people can be coerced into confessions, his issues made him much more susceptible.

I dont see it as that shocking. It is a life they are born into, forced into. Sure they could abdicate, but they are also brought up understanding the great responsibility they have, the position is not about them but something bigger.

Is there a single picture of McConell where he doesn’t look like a geriatric sea-turtle struggling to hold in a fart?

I mean, I know people have varying opinions on the monarchy - as an American, I have no horse in this race. However, I have to appreciate that despite being born into ridiculous wealth, the younger members of the royal family seem to be trying to actually do some good with whatever influence/power they have.

Britney looks so great, guys. I’m weirdly so happy that she (seemingly) got the help she needed. I love a good mental health success story. Hopefully she is able to stay on a great path.
