Honestly that is even more extreme then you probably need, assuming you are still doing 6 feet of distance from strangers. Popping a bavaclava style mask over a N95 or surgical mask will keep the beard in check and the seal tight enough for the goal here. You are never going to achieve full medical grade PPE…

Played it in early access and loved it. Came back to it about a year ago and was surprised by the new DLC available and all the additions to the game. Bought the DLC and a few other things just to support the devs as I’ve got my money’s worth and then some out of this game. This and Hades are two of my favorite games…
